My name is Sam my journey into holistic living, self discovery and entrepreneurship began after I suffered from phase 3 adrenal fatigue where my hormones went completely post menopausal by age 27. On my journey, I found cycle syncing, human design & astrology. From the moment I started applying these simple systems into my life - I knew I needed to share them with other women.
